How Our Risk & Culture Mystery Shops Work for You

  1. We start with a complimentary discovery call to understand your objectives and tailor the mystery shop.
  2. Retirement Home Insider evaluates each property with our unique Operator Risk & Culture mystery shop.
  3. Tours are conducted in person, with curated prospect profiles.
  4. We tour the residence with the Sales Advisor & interview the Executive Director. We speak to as many team members as possible.
  5. We also chat with a couple of residents during the tour with specific open ended questions.
  6. We prepare comprehensive reports for each property with photos of the property, common areas, model suites, etc. We note property/team areas of strength and concern.
  7. The report is sent to you and together we review on a call.
  8. All Risk & Culture Mystery shops are held in the strictest of confidence.
  9. Cost is $1295 plus travel expenses. Each additional property is $500 on the same trip.
  10. Volume discounts for 5 or more properties available upon request.
