1 – Expert Advice & Support

A Helping Hand

  • 1 Hour – Support & Advice Discussion Designed To Give You A Helping Hand.
  • Depending on your preference, we’ll get on a video call, a phone call or chat through text, to talk through your challenges. We’ll answer your questions and develop some actionable strategies to get past the obstacles in your way.
  • We’ll follow up with an email recapping the discussion.

The Roadmap

  • 3 Hours – Total Support To Develop A Roadmap.
  • Using your preferred method of communication, we’ll go through a discovery process so we can make recommendations on specific next steps, so you have a clear, long term plan to best support your family.
  • We can make calls on your behalf, do research, or take next steps.
  • This 3 hour block includes everything in A Helping Hand.

A Comprehensive Plan

  • 5 Hours – Total Support To Be Used However You Need.
  • Sometimes the care needs are complex. There might be a crisis and you need to figure things out quickly.
  • This 5 hour block of expertise includes everything noted in the other plans.
  • Additionally, availability for communication will be at your convenience – including Saturdays & weeknights until 9pm.

With so many questions about cost, what different terms mean, and just whether a home is good or not, you need an expert opinion to take away the mystery.

As a former Vice President of Operations in senior living with a $100m portfolio, we dig deep into the operation, giving you a “behind the scenes” look at a home’s leadership, it’s culture and it’s safety measures.

Plus, we can help make sure you get the best possible deal if you decide to move into a retirement community.

We guarantee you will save at least 6-10x the cost of the mystery shop in savings!

How Mystery Shops Work For You

Take Away The Mystery.
Expert Advice. Choose The Best Home Possible. For You. For Your Family.

  1. We start with a complimentary call to answer your questions and help you figure out your next steps.
  2. You share your families’ needs so we can personalize the mystery shop to your liking.
  3. We review the properties with our Family Risk and Culture Shop. This can be done remotely or in person, anywhere in Canada or the US.
  4. We tour with the Sales Advisor & interview Executive Director.
  5. We prepare and provide a detailed 21 page report on our findings for each property.
  6. We hold your information confidential. No annoying sales calls.
  7. We send you the report with notes of interest and jump on a call to review if requested. We will set up your own tour of your chosen property.
  8. Cost is $595 for remote mystery shops. Each additional property is $400.
  9. Cost is $1295 plus travel expenses for in person shops. These reports also include photos of the property and interior. Each additional property is $500 on the same trip.
  10. You also receive a pdf of our 95 page “Ultimate Guide To Choosing The Best Retirement Home” for all in person tours.
